Ingredients
Atlantic salmon, salt, white pepper, lemon
Storage
Keep frozen until ready to cook. Cook from frozen, or thaw in the refridgerator for 6 hours or overnight.
How To Prepare
Stove Top: Heat a lightly oiled fry pan over medium-low heat. Place your frozen burgers on the pan and cover with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until desired doneness.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium high and brush grates with oil. Place your frozen burgers on the grill and close the lid. Cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
